Refund policy

We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every piece.

We want you to feel confident with every purchase from Bijouterri.  Because our pieces are vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind, returns are limited.

We offer a 10-day return period to return your purchase for any reason.  We understand it isn't easy to make a purchase online without having first seen the piece in person so you are welcome to return the jewelry you purchased for any reason for a full refund.  However, please contact us to alert us of your return and we will provide return instructions (return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and all returns must be fully insured).  The 10-day return period starts the day you receive your order and returns must be shipped by the 10th day.  We will refund the purchase in the same way as you paid initially once the item is back in our store and has been inspected.  We will only accept items for return that are in the same condition as when they were shipped.  If you notice any problems with the piece upon arrival, please contact us right away.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, special packaging, free gifts, shipping/insurance, gift wrap, and “Final Sale” items are non-refundable.
• Items that have been worn, resized, altered, or damaged after shipping.
• Color differences due to screen display.
• Items displaying normal vintage/antique wear or any other flawsas expected or as disclosed in the description or in photos shown in the original product listing.

We want you to LOVE your new treasure and be confident about your investment, so please reach out with any questions before you make a purchase.  We are happy to provide more information, take videos in different lighting, being worn, etc.
