Delivery Issues

 

• We are not responsible for packages once they have shipped.
• Please contact the carrier if your package appears lost or damaged

 

Special Handling

 

• Items are carefully packaged with protective materials.
• Due to the high value of our jewelry, all jewelry is shipped with full insurance coverage for the stated value to protect against loss or damage during transit.  It is crucial to declare the full value of the item to ensure adequate coverage in case of a claim.
• Items valued over $499 and all deliveries to apartments will require signature.

 

Duties / Import:

• Buyer is responsible for all duties, tariffs, and other import fees.

 

Packaging:

• We will sometimes use recycled packaging and packing materials.
• For security purposes, we always ship in unremarkable, discreet packaging, to deter theft.
• Your package will be sealed with clear tape over the top of the box and around the flap closures. Please closely examine the package upon receipt. If there appears to be any sign of tampering, do not accept the package and contact us immediately at info@bijouterri.com.
